Sleeping Helps

Thought I'd share... I'd been having trouble sleeping, post-concussion and after Nick's death. And I found this online:
http://www.tylenol.com/page.jhtml?id=tylenol/getreadyforbed/getready4bed.inc

It's pretty much genius. an interactive guide to helping you figure out a sleep schedule. I tried it yesterday by
*Going outside when I woke up naturally, enjoying the late morning light
*ate breakfast
*did some errands which had been pressing on me
*I don't drink caffeine
*I looked for a job during the day, not the night
*made a list of stuff to do, to get it off my mind
*ate dinner 2 hrs before bedtime
*Got off the computer at 10:45
*Listened to a book on tape with low light, while knitting
*drank tea with milk, didn't really eat much of a snack. just a mini-musketeer bar
*Was probably lights out at like... 12:30am? that's unusual for me

I feel amazing. I felt amazing when I woke up. And I still feel amazing. So I'm doing the same thing again today!

p.s. I did let the cat sleep in my room, and must admit, she woke up me several times. But it was a worthy sacrifice in order to wake up to her cuddling into my arms so that both of them were around her. *Love*
